Janet Koenig Obituary
Janet C. Koenig, 68, of Moosic, died on Saturday at home. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Frank Koenig.
Born in Olyphant, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Stasia Jendziezyk Stepkovitch, she was a member of St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. Janet was a graduate of Mid Valley High School, Keystone College with an associate's degree and Marywood College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. Janet retired from Lackawanna Medical Group in their accounting department.
Surviving are nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial and Rite of Commendation will be on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home Inc., 601 Dundaff St., Dickson City. Family and friends may call on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
