Joseph Hyduchak Obituary
Born in Dunmore, son of the late Andrew and Clara Wasil Hyduchak, he was formerly employed by Bell Telephone in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and retired from Lucent Technologies to form Hyduchak & Son Electrical Contractors. He was a member of the Wayne County Builders Association, BVM Queen of Peace Church, and was a life member of the Tafton Fire Company,
Also surviving are a son, Joseph J. Hyduchak, Hawley; a daughter, Melissa Duhaime, Chepachet, R.I.; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Christopher and Abigail Duhaime; Andrew, Stephen and Matthew Hyduchak; a sister, Barbara Gianotto, Somerset, N.J.; and a brother, Edward Hyduchak, North Carolina.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in BVM Queen of Peace Church, 314 Chestnut Ave., Hawley, by the Rev. Richard W. Beck, pastor. Burial, BVM Queen of Peace Cemetery, Hawley.
Calling hours will be Sunday, 4 to 8 p.m., in Teeters' East Chapel, 505 Church St., Hawley. Memorials may be made to the Tafton Fire & Rescue, Tafton, PA 18464, in memory of Joseph Hyduchak. For more information or to leave a memorial remembrance candle, visit www.TeetersFuneralChapel.com.
