March 22, 2010

I remember a day back years ago when we (Steve Haluska, Bruce Harvey, Steve Jones, and I (Glenn Standish)) were up at the trailer pitching horseshoes and Kenny was complaining that pitching the horseshoes down hill was not a good idea, he almost had a ringer around Steve H ankle. After we played that for awhile we would sit on the porch and just talk for hours. He is and always will be a good man to everyone that knew him. He always offered (voiced) his opinion even if you didn't want to hear or wanted it.

I did not know my Uncle well, due to the 2,000 miles that separated us. I do know that he was loved my his mother and sisters, that I shared memories with. Best to the Bond family and looking forward to connecting with my cousins and Aunt in the future months. Love and prayers to all.
