Thank you everyone for all the nice words. We would appreciate you keeping our family in your prayers. Here is picture of my beautiful mother on her wedding day with my handsome dad. They met on the beach at Chapman Lake in 1977 and my dad knew instantly that he would marry her one day!

There are no words of comfort for such a tremendous loss: stellar coworker always willing to help, wife and Mom extraordinaire who always put her family first, kind, compassionate friend who always saw the best in everyone. My coworker, confidant, lunchtime workout buddy, fellow gardening pal and recipe swapper, I will miss your gentle soul and beautiful smile. Namaste, Mary, until we meet again.

I was shocked to hear of Mary's passing. What a tremendous loss. Mary was, as has been said many times in these messages, a wonderful encouragement to so many people, and so conscientious in her work here at the University. Please know that fervent prayers are being said for you. We can never know the depth of your pain, but we do keenly feel her absence. We are all better for having known her, and are fortunate to have had the opportunity.

February 5, 2015

I wish to offer my deepest condolences to Mary's family. I am so shocked and saddened at her passing. I knew Mary 38 years. Mary and I dated in 1978 and 1979, we attended her Senior Prom at Old Forge High School. I remember such great times going out, going to Chapman Lake, and attending Penn State briefly with her. Not seeing Mary for a few years, as we went our separate ways, we were both surprised to find that Jessica and my son Gene were classmates. How life crosses paths again. I pray for Mary and her family. She was so beautiful. It is so difficult to accept this loss. Please accept the picture as my most fondest memory. God Bless.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Mary. In addition to being our office manager and the face of Printing Services, Mary was such a wonderful person and friend most proud of her family allowing me to feel so privileged.

Rarely would a few days pass without hearing a nice story even often of the family pet cat Sylvester while always having a caring and attentive ear for others.

Mary was blessed having such a wonderful sense of humor along with so much patience in any situation being most helpful for anyone.

Last year having the biggest event of my lifetime, Mary was so encouraging and helpful with her wisdom and advice that without could have made my event so overwhelming.

Mary will be missed by so many while always remaining in our hearts who's lives she touched forever.

I would like to express my deepest heartfelt sympathy and condolence to the Papi family offering my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time having Gods Blessings.

Sincerely,

John Lynch

Dear Anzelmi & Papi families,
I was so deeply saddened to hear of Mary's passing. I am a OF High classmate of hers. I sat tonight and prayed for her and reminisced of our days in school with another classmate of ours. He and I spoke of her quiet yet loving personality. I can picture her like it was yesterday as a young girl, playing with her hair, with this warm smile on her face. I am so sorry she had to leave us this early. However, know you now have a beautiful angel watching over you. May you find some peace in knowing she feels no pain and is in complete peace. She is now with her mom and dad again. Your free Mary..fly high!!! God Bless each of you. Love, Missy
