Melissa A. Osborn, 32, of Muncy, died unexpectedly on Sunday in Hughesville.
Born June 12, 1989, in Carbondale, she was the daughter of Erika Osborn Faber of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and Michael Mead of Montrose.
Melissa was a graduate of Mountain View High School, Kingsley. She enjoyed crafts and scrapbooking. Melissa was a loving and caring mom and daughter who will be deeply missed. Her life revolved around her son Andrew, who she loved with all her heart.
She is survived by a son, Andrew Stackhouse; a stepdaughter, Kayla Stackhouse; her partner, Eric Stackhouse; three brothers, Craig Butler, Jeffrey Butler and Frank Faber; grandparents, Peter and Betsy Osborn and Glenn and Carol Mead; nieces and nephew, Brianna, Esther, Sage, Everlee and Frankie; several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Aleshia Butler.
Friends may call Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford. A funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. For those who cannot attend the funeral service, it will be livestreamed on the funeral home's website.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Donations can be made on Melissa's obituary page located on the funeral home's website.
