Robert Zator Obituary
Robert E. Zator Jr., 72, of Olyphant died Monday at home. Born in Scranton, he was the son of Robert J. Zator Sr., Olyphant and the late Mary Moran Zator. He is survived by his longtime companion, Karen Swenski, Olyphant.
Robert was a graduate of St. Patrick's High School in Olyphant and was employed as an automotive mechanic. He was also a longtime member of Holy Cross Parish in Olyphant.
He is survived by his children, Robert Jr. and wife, Daryl, Dunmore; Joseph Robert Zator and wife, Michelle; his grandchildren, Joseph D. Zator and wife, Casandra, Olyphant; and Brayden Zator, Jessup; a step granddaughter, Cali Zator, Jessup; great-granddaughter, Charli Zator; his brothers and sisters, Patrick; and Timothy Zator and wife, Beverly; Benny Zator; Thomas Zator and wife, Caroline and Betty Ann Zator; Lori Zator and Gene Zator.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronald, Henry and Joseph Zator.
There will be a viewing on Tuesday at Louis M. Margotta Funeral Home, 511 Church St., Jessup, from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. For directions or online condolences, visit www.margottafuneralhomes.com.
