Vincent A. Fazzi, 92, the beloved patriarch of the Fazzi family, passed on June 14, 2021, a day before the birthday of his much loved and missed wife, Delores. They are now reunited for eternity.
A lifelong resident of West Scranton, he was born Sept. 10, 1928, to the late Louis and Antoinette Julio Fazzi.
Vince enlisted in the United States Air Force on Oct. 30, 1945, serving honorably until September of 1948. After returning home from his service, Vince worked selling cars on Wyoming Avenue, retiring from Bradley Lawless.
Vince was well known for his kind heart, love of family and long stories. He was the consummate gentleman.
He is survived by his children, Beverly Moletsky, West Scranton, Vincent J. Fazzi and wife, Doreen, West Scranton, Debra Holley and companion, John Fedorchak, West Scranton, and Laura Galdieri and husband, Rick, Clarks Summit; grandchildren, Paul Moletsky and wife, Bev, West Scranton, Brian Moletsky and wife, Michele, Dupont, Michael Fazzi Sr. and wife, Jessica, West Scranton, Kurt Fazzi and wife, Liz, Dunmore, Randy Galdieri, Clarks Summit, Anthony Galdieri, Clarks Summit, Kayla Brayer and husband, Johnny, Scott Twp., and Nicole Holley, West Scranton; great-grandchildren, Landon, Lucas, Addison, Michael Vincent, Boden, Trace and one-day old Laila; a great-granddaughter being born in December; sister, Theresa Lingobardo; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores; son-in-law, John Moletsky; sister, Laura Lomma; brothers, Frank Fazzi and Joe Fazzi; and grandson, Geoffrey Galdieri.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Lucy's Church, 949 Scranton St., Scranton. Friends and family may pay their respects Monday from 9:30 a.m. until Mass time in the church. Interment in Cathedral Cemetery will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2595 Interstate Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110, or to the donor's favorite charity.

My favorite memory of my Uncle Vince, he called my dad before I got married and said "Eh, Frankie, one down, 5 to go". I had picked up the phone at the same time as dad. Uncle Vince, such a funny guy.
