William McEnery Obituary

William McEnery was born in Bronx, N.Y., on March 23, 1938. He passed away on Feb. 9, 2023.

He was the husband of the late Antoinette McEnery (Beer) and father of the late William F. McEnery Jr. and the late Michael J. McEnery. He is survived by two other children, Karen A. Correira; and Richard P. McEnery and wife, Cindy. He was the brother of the late Kevin McEnery Sr.; and surviving sister, Maureen Monda; and brother, Patrick McEnery.

His pride and joy were his grandchildren, Christopher Correira, Vanessa J. Correira, Shannon McEnery, Angeline McEnery and Thomas Barry; Kaitlin Antieri and husband, Christopher; Bobby Correira, William McEnery, Marissa Correira, Danielle and Anthony Correira, and Kayla McEnery; and great-grandchildren, Adriana and Liam Barry, Christian and Aiden McEnery, and Luna Lusky.

Graveside service will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Forest City, on June 24, 2023, at 10 a.m. with military honors. A celebration of life will be held on Aug. 5, 2023, at his daughter Karen's residence.

Donations in William's honor can be made to any military fund of your choosing.

Local arrangements are through the Kevin M. Lesjack Funeral Home, Forest City.
