Christopher Helton Obituary
Christopher Jay Helton, 52, formerly of Port Huron passed away Wednesday, October 30th 2013 after a long illness.
He was born December 4th 1960.
He married Anna Van Luven October 23rd 1981 in Port Huron.
Chris is survived by his wife Anna; daughter Bobbie Jo and David Witt; son Christopher j. Helton II and Christina Helton; three grand-kids Paul and Cheyenne Hyatt, and Sophia Helton; mother Beverly Helton; two brothers Patrick Helton and James (Kelli) Helton; mother-in-law Marion Van Luven and Thomas Bonk; brothers-in-law, Ken Van Luven and John (Dawn) Van Luven; and several nieces and nephews. Christopher was proceeded in death by his father Bobby Joe Helton and father-in-law Kenneth O Van Luven and a dear friend Mark Burns.
A memorial service will be held Saturday November 2nd at 2:00 P.M. at the VFW 1711 Pine Grove Ave Port Huron
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.

Rest In Peace! We had such great times when we were little, I must have gone over to your house every day, lol. We lived next door 61-68 (the Kenny family) . I remember smelt dipping with you and your dad under the blue water bridge, playing army all day, parades around the block, so much fun. See ya up there some day.
