Cynthia Brennan Obituary

Cynthia M. Brennan CLYDE Cynthia M. Brennan, 51, of Clyde, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 14, 2008 in Port Huron Hospital. She was born February 16, 1956 in Port Huron and had been a lifelong area resident. She married Wayne Brennan on February 26, 1983 in Port Huron. Cynthia and her husband owned and operated Brennan's Adult Foster Care Home for 15 years. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening and loved to read. She is survived by her husband, Wayne of Clyde; daughters, Melissia Brennan (Jeff VanSickle) of Kimball and Amy (Ron) Stablein of Lake Orion; son, Nicholas Brennan (Amanda Kelley) of Clyde; grandchildren, Cody and Jacob Brennan; parents, Richard and Noreen Ganhs of Clyde Twp.; sisters, Susan (Stephen) Riehl of Port Huron, Mary Jo (Michael) Morgan of Marysville, Beth Ganhs and Nancy Dressler of Ann Arbor, Nancy (Robert) Wojeiechowski of Sturgis, MI; brothers, Jeff (Lynn) Ganhs of Smiths Creek, Douglas (Stephanie) Ganhs of Grosse Pointe; sisters-in-law, Grace (Steve) Klaas, Brenda (John) Meyer, Leona Brennan, Linda Brennan; brothers-in-law, Roger (Marge) Brennan, Harold (Bernice) Brennan; and her loving cat, Shelby. Cynthia was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Ray Brennan. Visiting hours are 10:00 a.m. until service time Monday in the funeral home. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday in the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home. Father Brian K. Cokonougher and Pastor Joe Beneschan will officiate.
