One of my last memories of Uncle Dave was having a nice conversation with him at Andy and Gen's wedding in New Orleans. I'm glad he got to meet my daughter Josephine and enjoy that special time with our family. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathies! David was a kind and wonderful man. May he rest in peace!
I don't know if you remember me, but I was Dr. Lukas' assistant for many years.
I remember all of you and David was one of my favorite (oops, not supposed to have favorites...oh well,) patients. He always had a smile for me and despite his going blind at the time, always tole me how beautiful I was. He truly had a special place in my heart.
Please know that you will be in my thoughts and my prayers as you go through this difficult time!
