Deborah Hoffman Obituary
The Lord called home another beautiful soul on December 30th of 2015. Deborah Lynn Hoffman was born in Fargo, North Dakota on February 17th, 1958. She grew up in Port Huron, Michigan where she was a devout member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church. Deborah was a strong-willed, courageous, hardworking, and self-sacrificial woman to all lives she touched. Her beauty and poise were reflected in her talents of figure skating and baton twirling; and her life was filled with laughter, travels, hardships, and victories. Deborah fulfilled the role of mother and homemaker until she recently enrolled in college to pursue her dream of working in the criminal justice field. She graduated from St. Clair Community College with high honors of Phi Theta Kappa and Cum Laude. After returning back to Missouri, Deborah took on the remarkable tasks of holding two jobs while continuing her education at UMKC. We will forever remember her love for her family and friends as well as her undying support for those around her. She was the eldest daughter of her beloved parents, Allen and Sharon Hudson.
She is survived by her three children, five grandchildren, and her spouse of 30 years.
In honor of her most-supported organization, please make contributions to Right to Life of Michigan www.rtl.org . A visitation will be held on January 7th starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Bross and Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, Missouri - 816-630-3131

On this day of Ephinay I am thinking of my friend,Debbie with fond thoughts.
I first met Debbie when she came to my door on Griswold St. in Port Huron as an Avon Rep I began ordering products from her and we became friends.
When our children were small we would watch each others children so we could run errands.
We also volunteered together at the Right To Life office in Port Huron.
I will forever miss her and the talks we had.
