Michael Moore Obituary

Michael W. Moore MARYSVILLE Mr. Michael Warren Moore, 59, of Marysville, died Wednesday, February 20, 2008 in his home after a year-long battle with cancer. He was born March 21, 1948 in Port Huron. He married Rosemary Lomasney April 24, 1970 in Marysville. Mr. Moore worked as a Carman for Grand Trunk Western Railroad and Conrail for 36 years. He served in the United States Army. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Rose; his son, Paul Moore of Marysville; two brothers, James (Linda) Moore and Mark (Sue) Moore; two sisters-in-law, Mary (Victor) Roesch and Sharon Bowser; two brothers-in-law, Frederick Lomasney and Ronald (Janet) Lomasney; nieces and nephews, Cheri (Kevin) Smith, Stephanie (Jeff) Way, Tracey (Frank) Mossett, Steevie Lynn Moore, Matthew Moore, Frederick (Ann Marie) Lomasney III, Annea Lomasney, Gary and Ronald Bowser, Carrie (Mike) Liberty, and Joseph Roesch; and several great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Gloria Moore and his in-laws, Frederick and Anna Lomasney. Visiting hours will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday in Marysville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2008 in Marysville Funeral Home. The Reverend Arthur Baranowski will officiate. Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ronald Lomasney, Frederick Lomasney, Jr., Victor and Joseph Roesch, Douglas Rolph, and Neil Baldwin.
