Dr. Mike Place was the best veterinarian in Michigan, qand perhaps in Texas. He and his staff treated my two special Old English Sheepdogs with kindness and gentleness. They loved him. He was missed when the family moved to Texas. May Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Bless the Place Family.

Dear Zach
We haven't talked in years and we are so sorry to read about your dad in the Times Herald today. We wish we could see you in person and give you a hug. If you and Julie ever come to Port Huron for a class reunion or any reason we would love to see you.
We still live in the same house.
Again we are so sorry for this very sad news for you and your family .

We are sorry to hear of the passing of Dr.Place. He saved our collie's life in the 70's and continued to be our doctor for our many pets until his retirement. He was a great doctor and our condolences go out to Gloria and his children.
