Port Huron

Rosco R. King, 98,  died Thursday, November 20, 2014.

He was born April 7, 1916 in Croswell to the late Alfred and Edna King.

Mr. King was employed with Michigan Bell Telephone for 41 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Methodaires, United Methodist Men's Club and the Michigan Bell Pioneers.

He is survived by his step-son, Gerald (Barb) Hisscock; step daughter-in-law, Connie Hisscock; four grandchildren; Dr. Russell Hisscock, Laura (Jeff) Mayer, Scott Hisscock and Keith Hisscock; six great grandchildren; a sister, Iva Arnet; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by three wives, Eleanor, JoAnn and Aletha; a stepson, Richard Hisscock; two brothers, Ernest and Ivan King; and two sisters, Leona Frasier and Zella Harris.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2014 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. The Reverend William Wright will officiate.

Private burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Wales Township.
