Sally Gielow Obituary
Lexington - Sally J. Gielow, age 80, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Lake Huron Medical Center.
She was born May 4, 1937 in Croswell, daughter of the late Claude and Samantha (Dawson) Bartley. Sally married R. Douglas Gielow on September 13, 1958 in Croswell.
She was an active member of the Community of Christ Church in Croswell.
Sally is survived by her husband Doug; 2 sons, Craig (Patti) of Port Huron, and Jeff of Lexington; 2 brothers, Fred Bartley of Lexington, and Al (Sally) Bartley of Croswell; 2 sisters, Sue (Paul) Westbrook, and Annabelle (Wade) Grout, both of Croswell; 2 grandchildren, Marc (Courtney) Gielow, and Ashley (Keith) Kampe; and 2 great grandchildren, Caden and Tanner Gielow.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Bartley.
Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 2 at the Community of Christ Church, Croswell. The High Priest Kyle Burgess, and Elder Gary Smith will officiate. Burial will be in the Croswell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-9 PM Friday at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Croswell, and 10-11 AM Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the Community of Christ Outreach International.
