Skylar Seils and Carrie Krajewski

Carrie Marie Krajewski Skylar Shepherd Seils Carrie Marie Krajewski age 35, and her baby boy Skylar Shepherd Seils, who was going to be 4 this Saturday, died unexpectedly on Saturday, May 15 in Clinton Township. Carrie was born January 27, 1975 in Detroit. She was a graduate of Port Huron High School and had attended college. She gave birth to her "little warrior" on May 22, 2006. Skylar had a loving heart and was killed while trying to save his mom. Carrie had a heart of gold and was loved by all who knew her. She was a devoted mother. She was the epitome of everything that is beautiful. Carrie was our "Care Bear" and our "Peter Pan". Her family friends and neighbors will miss her more than words can say. She is survived by her beloved angel, 5-year-old Heavyn Elizabeth Seils, who is recovering in Children's Hospital I.C.U. She is also survived by Uncle Jimmy Pagano who tried to save the other three, and is recovering in Macomb Regional Medical Center. Carrie is survived by her loving parents, Debra Krajewski-Young and James Shepherd Young of Fort Gratiot, beloved brother, Craig Matthew Krajewski, beloved nephew and niece, Zachariah and Zaya Renea Krajewski, her cousins, Lori, Terri, and Diane, her very best friend, Marie, uncles, Mark, Michael, David, and Robert, and her aunt Linda. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Leonard and Eleanor Krajewski, and Eleanor Margaret Pawlak, and her aunt, Carol Helene Pawlak. A visitation for Carrie will take place from 1-8 p.m. on Saturday, May 22 at the Smith Family Funeral Home - South, 1230 7th Street, Port Huron. The Rev. Jim Edwards pastor of the 1st Congregational Church will officiate at a prayer service at 3 p.m. on Saturday. Memorials may be made to Plan USA, 115 Plan Way, Warwick, RI 02886.
