Betty Brincefield Carroll

GRAHAM - Mrs. Betty Brincefield Carroll, 91, of 404 Cannon Street, Graham died peacefully at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011 at 5:20 p.m. surrounded by her loving family.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late Claude Macon Carroll Sr. and the daughter of George Brincefield and Elitha Batchlor Brincefield, both deceased. She retired from Cannon Mills and was a member of Graham Church of God.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Casparian and husband, Allan R. of Massachusetts and Dianne Brooks and husband Neal of Graham; two sons, David Carroll and wife Debra of Graham and Timothy Carroll of Massachusetts; 10 grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-stepgrandson; and her beloved dog, Rusty.
She was preceded in death by one son, Claude Macon Carroll Jr.; three sisters; and four brothers.
The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012 at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Jimmy Holland. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. Other times they will be at the residence.
