Connie Hicks Obituary
STALEY, N.C. - Mrs. Connie Elaine Fogleman Hicks, 44, of Staley passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at Wesley Long Hospital.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 6 at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church officiated by the Rev. Gary Arnett. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.
Mrs. Hicks is preceded in death by her father, William Thomas Fogleman and her husband, Earl Ray Hicks.
She is survived by two sons, Ben and John Hicks of the home; mother, Margie Fogleman of Liberty; maternal grandmother, Bessie McKinney of Liberty; sister, Lea Daniels and husband Randall of Liberty; brother, Dean Fogleman and wife Lisa of Liberty; and father-in-law, Clyde Hicks of Staley.
Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty has the honor of serving the Hicks family.

I am so saddened to hear of Connie's death. I just saw the sign in Liberty today about the benefit and found out that Connie had passed away. Even though I did not know her real well, she was always so friendly when I would run in to her around Liberty and my sisters Sandy and Sherri thought so much of her. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My prayers will be with you all.

Margie, Lea, and family,
