Dear Bryan Family,
I am a former Wolfpack football player too. I greatly respect Curry's accomplishment of getting a college degree while playing a division I Football for the Pack.
You are in our prayers and thoughts. God's best to you and your family.

Ren and Family, we were so sorry and saddened by Curry's passing. As I mentioned on FB, Curry was a 'bigger than life' kind of person. I miss him very much and greatly enjoyed getting to visit with Curry and Ren a few weeks ago. I so much wanted to finish conversations that had only gotten started. I echo seeing the love and devotion that Curry had for his family that many have shared . May God bless your family with His presence during this sad time and may Psalm 46 be a source of encouragement. Johnny Williams

First of all, I offer my profoundest regrets at your husbands, brothers, fathers and grandfathers passing. Curry was truly a unique human being. My lifelong friend and I shared so many wonderfully good times together that I cant begin to imagine him not being with us physically. I dont believe I have ever known anyone who loved his family any more than Curry. Nor can I recall a single person who loved life and having fun more either. Curry seemed to be larger than life every time I was around him. It was that way the first time I met him in high school when we happened to meet each other at ECU in a football camp, when I roomed with him at State and we shared our thoughts both rational and irrational, and later when we spoke or visited during his final years. Curry was, well, Curry. He was fun. He had much to offer, though sometimes his braggadociousness masked that. He was one you could always trust, though Billy might have taken his words too literally on occasion. But most of all, Curry was a true friend. I will miss his smile. I will miss his bear hugs. I will miss his quaint euphemisms. But I will never ever, ever forget my friend. He will always be in my thoughts.

I met him at Turrentine and we just seemed to instantly become fiends. It's sad to realize that at some point we will all be a memory. Curry loved and was devoted to his family. I know they have many wonderful memories to reflect on. I don't think that there are many better things that you can say about a man than that.
