Aunt Julie, Karen, Steve, Paul, Jeff, and John: What a blessing it was to visit and reminisce with you. The blessing was tempered by the fact that we should have been visiting under better circumstances. May your grief be tempered with laughter. Uncle Ron positively impacted so many lives in Nickerson, Duluth, Wrenshall, Barnum, and Sturgeon Bay. Julie, you must be a saint to have shared him with so many people. Somewhere he is probably already the softball league secretary and is out encouraging people to get involved.

Our deepest sympathy to all of the family. Ron will be missed by many. His service to the community has been wonderful. He made so many activities happen because of his knowledge, determination, and dedication to everyone, be it in his teaching or retirement years. He always had participants or our communities in mind, doing his best for us.
