Robert Wayne "Bob" Means

Mr. Robert "Bob"
Wayne Means, age 69, of
Paynes Road, Carnesville,
Ga., passed away Monday,
July 14, 2025, at the North-
east Georgia Medical Cen-
ter Gainesville.
A son of the late
William "Bill" Means and
Geneva Westmoreland
Means, he was born Dec.
24, 1955, in Stephens Coun-
ty, Georgia, having lived
most of his life in Franklin
County, Georgia. He was
retired from Eaton Aero-
quip Corporation, owned
and operated Electronic
Connection Radio Shack
for 10 years and later re-
tired from Toyota Tica Di-
vision. He was a member
of New Bethel Baptist
Church where he previ-
ously served as a deacon.
He enjoyed riding motor-
cycles and rebuilding old
cars.
In addition to his par-
ents, he was preceded in
death by two brothers,
Larry Means and Wesley
Means.
Survivors include his
wife of the home, Marcell
Payne Means; two sons,
Nicholas Means, and
Dustin Means, both of Car-
nesville, Ga.; brother and
sister-in-law, Ronnie and
Agnes Means, of Toccoa;
his nephews, Mark Means
and Alan Means and their
families.
Funeral services were
held Saturday, July 19,
2025, at 11 a.m. in the Hill-
crest Chapel of the Acree-
Davis Funeral Home with
the Rev. Wayne Marcus of-
ficiating. The following
gentlemen served as pall-
bearers: Barry Adams,
Tim Moore, Billy Hallford,
John Collier, Danny Dyer
and Mike Means.
The family received
friends at the Acree-Davis
Funeral Home on Friday,
