Leona Ellen Roark

April 25, 1941 -

August 24, 2025

Leona Ellen Roark, born April 25th 1941, age 84, passed August 24th 2025 at Johnson County Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, Junior Miller; parents, Bill and Purdie Parsons; sisters, Pauline and Evalee Parsons; sister, Ethel Tester; brother Fred Parsons, and granddaughter, Brandi Stidham.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sister Delcie Parks; children, Bobby Miller, Sandy and Jeff Stidham, Danny and Tina Miller; grandchildren, Nicole and Jeff Jennings, Brittney and Patrick Sizemore, Ryan Miller, Adam Miller; great grandchildren, Clay Jennings, Amberleigh Jennings, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors at Mountain City Funeral Home from 5pm-7pm on Thursday, August 28th, 2025 with a funeral service following at 7pm with Shannon Courtner officiating. The burial will take place at Gambill Springs Cemetery on Friday, August 29th at 11am. Pallbearers will be Jeff Jennings, Ryan Miller, Patrick Sizemore, Brittney Sizemore, Adam Miller, and Clay Jennings.

The family is also accepting visitors at 300 Furnace Creek Road, Lot 9, Mountain City, TN 37683.
