Cassandra (Cassie) Elyse Carbo

Funeral Services for Cassandra Elyse Carbo will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2012, in the chapel of John Kramer & Son, with Rev. Mark Breland officiating. Interment will be in Alexandria Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at John Kramer & Son.

A Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. Ker Texada officiating.

Cassandra Elyse Carbo, 26, of Alexandria, passed away February 19, 2012, in Rapides Regional Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, B. Joseph Carbo, Jr. and one cousin, E. Lee Coleman, III.

Cassie was born in Alexandria, Louisiana and graduated from ASH High School in 2005. Even though her body gave her reason to frown she always had a smile on her face. She attended Esler Field Baptist Church, Pineville. Cassie was known as a social butterfly and never met a stranger.

Cassandra is survived by her parents, Gregory Paul Carbo and Theresa Mae Hastings Carbo of

Alexandria; one brother, Gregory Carbo, II, and his wife, Susan of Colfax; one sister, Nichole Priddy and her husband, Wes of Cornelius North Carolina; her paternal grandmother, Verna Carbo of Alexandria; her maternal grandmother, Lillian Holston of Pineville; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and four nephews, Brady and Cullen Carbo and Jake and Kyle Wade.

Pallbearers will be Frank Carlino, Grady Bates, II, Timothy Bates, Pat Towle, Greg Thompson, Tommy Thompson, Rick McGlothlin and Mike Hastings.
