Memorial services for Mr. Terrence Loyd "Terry" Bruff will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2018 at St. Rita Catholic Church with Reverend Chris Nayak officiating, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria.

The family request visitation at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.

Mr. Bruff, 70, of Alexandria passed from this life, Monday, January 15, 2018 at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

He proudly served his country for 25 years in the United States Air Force as a weapons maintenance specialist, where he was honored with numerous medals such as National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and Air Force Longevity Service Award Ribbon. After retirement from the Air Force Mr. Bruff worked for Sam's Club management for 21 years. He devoted his entire life to care for his 4 children and his family. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and his beloved cat, Pebbles.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Jacks; parents, Loyd and Estelle Bruff.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Terrence B. Bruff; daughters, Terri Anne Bruff and Thelma "Gracie" Bruff; brother, David Bruff and wife, JoAnne; sister, Mary Jane Kania and husband, Jimmy; son-in-law, George Jacks; grandchildren, Terrence C. Bruff, Megan Jacks, Andrew Richards, Lindsey Jacks, Tyler Jacks, Jasmine Gomez, Alajia Bruff, Caleb Jones, Abbygail Bruff, Nathaniel Bruff and Maximus Bruff; and countless other loving family members..

My deepest condolences to Terry's family. He was a long time friend and one of my earliest mentors in the Air Force.
