Patrick McCaffree Obituary
February 24, 1962 – April 16, 2025
Patrick William McCaffree, age 63, of Grass Valley, CA, was taken from us far too soon on April 16, 2025. Owner of McCaffree Logging, Inc., he was a dedicated logging contractor for over 30 years who took great pride in forest management.
Patrick is preceded in death by his mother, father, and brothers (Kevin and Steve McCaffree). He is survived by his three children, Ryan McCaffree, Jody (Jordan) Meyer, and Gannon McCaffree, his six grandchildren, and his three siblings (Sallie Wisner, Kady Hirsch, and Paul McCaffree).
Patrick will always be remembered for his bold, charismatic personality. He loved his family more than anything and is dearly missed.
We will celebrate his life on July 12 at the Love Building in Grass Valley at 1:00pm. All are welcome. Please find his full obituary on the Hooper and Weaver Mortuary website.

I worked at 13421 Grass Valley Avenue at the end of the road for 35 years and Patrick bought a few pieces of my furniture and was always the kindest most vivacious individual... whom I always enjoyed conversing with... I´m only now discovering that he´s no longer with us... And it´s a loss for everyone... my heart and prayers go out to his family, especially
