Heidi Taylor Obituary
She was born July 13, 1951 to the late Sam and Hilda (Fiebig) Rutherford in Snowflake, Ariz. She worked for many years for the Florida Department of Revenue and later for the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office in the finance office. She was also the owner of Panacea Treasure Gallery for the last few years. In her free time, Heidi enjoyed arts and crafts, riding her motorcycle, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. She also donated her time to the animal shelter.
She was predeceased by her parents.
She is survived by her beloved husband, James "Buddy" Taylor of Panacea; sons, Brad (Tracy) Taylor and Brian (Misty) Taylor; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Johnny (Terry) Rutherford of South Dakota; sister, Cindi (Dave) Vaillancurt of St. Marks; and numerous extended family members.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Jan. 22, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Nichols-Revell Cemetery with Elder Bruce Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of service. The family asks that everyone who chooses to attend to please adhere to social distancing guidelines.
