Dear Ted, Eric, Jeff & Family , So sorry to hear about Joyce's passing. She was a dear friend to all that knew her. I have fond memories when Ted & Joyce were our neighbors in High Point Condo's in Ft. Pierce, Fl. We moved in 2002 lived upstairs for years part time. Ted & Joyce became our extended Family.
