Albert Austin Obituary
Born in Philadelphia PA, he was the son o f the late Albert M. and June Austin.
Sonny was a truck driver for AAA and a devoted member of Dunns Corners Community Church Presbyterian. He was an enormous car enthusiast. Sonny enjoyed spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He leaves behind his five children, Christine Robbins, Earl Austin, James Crudden, Jason Crudden and Ashley Fitts; four siblings, Joh Robert and Daniel Austin and Jean Cornell; thirteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Sonny was predeceased by his son Albert M. Austin; brother Louis Austin; and sister Peggy Bennett.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 5-7pm at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Funeral Service will take place at 11am on Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will follow at First Hopkinton Cemetery, Ashaway. For online condolences please visit www.gaffneydolanfuneralhome.com

You were mine and my dad's best friend, rest easy in heaven, enjoy the time with you're wife.
You deserve it , play the music loud for me , drive all the hot rods you can find , I'm going to get one sum day and I know it will remind me of you.
