Anthony "Tony" Rinaldo

Anthony Rinaldo, 95, beloved husband of Lorna passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2022. He leaves behind five devoted daughters, four sons in laws, seven grandchildren and two great granddaughters. He also lovingly leaves many nephews, nieces, friends and neighbors.
Anthony was born in Somerville, Massachusetts to Frank and Frances Rinaldo. He grew up in Revere, MA and was predeceased by four sisters one of whom was his twin. He grew up with the nickname, Sonny.
Anthony served his country in the Navy during World War II. He spent 40 years in education and 15 years at Electric Boat. Upon retiring he could often be seen in his yard pursuing his passion for home, gardening and the outdoors. Anthony "Tony" was a witty gentleman with strong work ethic earning him the respect of family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Anthony will be at St. Clare Church, 4 St. Clares Way, Westerly RI on Monday, February 28th at 10am. Burial with full military honors will follow in River Bend Cemetery, Beach St. Westerly, RI. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
