Barbara Pupillo Obituary
Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Lena White.
Barbara worked as a waitress for the Hilton Garden Inn in Groton for many years. She was passionate about traveling to Italy with her husband, was an avid sports fan and enjoyed cooking. She especially loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Gary Perrone, of Ocean Springs, Miss.; two daughters, Deborah Prachniak, of Pawcatuck, and Barbara Wreford, of Westerly; four stepsons, Anthony Pupillo, of Waterford, Mark Pupillo, of Norwich, and Andrew Pupillo and Steven Pupillo, both of Pawcatuck; and her aunt, Victoria Sylvia. She will also be missed by 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be Friday from 5 to 7p.m. in Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 111 High St., Westerly, on Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Pawcatuck.

Leo and Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with her Barb for over 13 years. Every time I saw her she would always stop and say hello. She always brought a smile to my face and warmed my heart. I will miss Barbara very much.
I pray the grace of our Lord carry you during this difficult time and help through the grieving process.

Leo and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Barbara was such a beautiful person. When she worked at Ramada Inn, she was always the best, always made sure I was fed and got whatever I needed. She introduced my son Todd to his girlfriend Stephanie, together they produced my only grandson. I will always remember her for that fete. Whenever I ran into her she was always smiling. Leo, I know she was everything to you, she will always be in your heart and your family's. God Bless all of you, may her wonderful memories give you strength.

Leo and family,
We send warm greeting to you and your family. Barbara left many memories that we will cherish for years to come. We met at many yard sales in the local area. By accident we met twice at yard sales in Melbourne, Fl where we both have winter homes. She spoke her mind and never mixed words. In the Indian world Barbara will not die she will live on in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
