Peter Beaupre Obituary

WESTERLY - Peter J. Beaupre, Sr., 82, of Westerly, RI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 21, 2025, after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Frances 'Fran' (Dotolo) Beaupre, with whom he shared 62 wonderful years of marriage.

Born in Providence, RI, on January 23, 1943, Peter was the son of the late Pierre and Jeannette (Fournier) Beaupre.

Peter proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he enjoyed a long career with UPS before retiring.

In addition to his devoted wife, Fran, Peter is survived by his two sons, Peter J. Beaupre, Jr. of Westerly, RI, and Jeffrey L. Beaupre (Tina) of Norwich, CT. He also leaves behind his sister, Jeanette Yeaw (John) of FL, and his brother-in-law, Leo Dotolo (Bill) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Peter was a cherished grandfather to Brian Beaupre, Kathryn Perkins (Zachery), Angelina Beaupre, and Alec Beaupre. He was predeceased by his son, Richard J. Beaupre.

Funeral services and burial will be private.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Buckler-Johnston Funeral Home.
