Yvonne Marie O'Clair

WESTERLY, RI Yvonne Marie O'Clair, 48, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on July 29, 1976, in Westerly, RI, Yvonne was the beloved daughter of Rosemary Serpa and the late Billy Ray Davis Sr., and was lovingly raised by her stepfather, Michael Serpa.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and caregiver, Yvonne dedicated her life to serving others. As a hardworking mother, she raised her children while working as a CNA in home care. Her compassion knew no bounds - whether caring for her patients, doting on her grandchildren as their cherished "Nonnie," supporting her husband, with whom she shared 34 years, and helping strangers in need. Yvonne's boundless energy, bubbly personality, and a smile and laugh that could brighten even the darkest day.

She is survived by her husband, John O'Clair Sr.; her children, Kayla O'Clair, John O'Clair Jr., and Makenzie O'Clair; her six grandchildren, Christian, Joshua, Maxson, Mia, Scarlett, and

Landon; her three sisters, Sylvia, Julie, and Amy; her brother, Billy. She is also survived by her mother, Rosemary Serpa, and her stepfather, Michael Serpa. Yvonne was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray Davis Sr., along with several beloved cousins, aunts, and uncles. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 10th at 2:00 p.m. at Chariho Southern Baptist Church, 80 Alton Bradford Rd, Bradford, RI 02808. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend. For those unable to attend, flowers may be sent to the address above.
