Hey Bart. It's been a long, long time. I don't really know what to say or where to begin. I'm sorry we lost touch after all these years. As I see some of these old pictures, it brings back a lot of memories from when I was just a little runt running around hanging out with you and your family at the apartments. Now that I have a boy and I am trying to raise him to be a good young man I realize more than ever that you were really like a big brother to me. I remember when you got a walkman and you let me listen to it with the headphones blasting Def Leppard and AC/DC. That was cool because walkmans were new at the time. I remember playing Asteroids on the Atari at your mom's place when Atari was new. I remember sitting in the front room at your mom's with everybody watching lightning light up the sky through the big front window. I guess what I am trying to say is that you, your mom, Cathy, Lori, Mike, and I even remember Trista when she was a baby, your whole family was such an important and big influence on not only my life, but Wendy's and my mom's too. I am very grateful that I have all these memories and I will cherish them forever. I only wish that we could have kept in touch over the years and known each other as men. To Cathy, Lori, Mike, and the rest of the family I am so sorry for your loss. Bart is with your mom now, and I know that makes everybody feel a little better. Bart, rest in peace. Give your mom a big hug for me, Wendy, and mom.

In these messages of condolence I am learning what a wonderful man my nephew was, since I had lost touch with him after he grew up. I am sorry that I missed this chance. You will be in my heart forever and a reminder that life is precious and we can't know what tomorrow will bring, so it is important to embrace each and every opportunity to connect & love our family. Thank you for teaching me that lesson Barcus and thank you to everyone who loved & cherished my nephew.

You will be missed by all of us Barcus. We love you very much. I think about you every time I watch the Steelers play and imagine your reaction when they make an awesome play or when Rothelsberger throws a pick lol. You will always be in our thoughts and hearts. I know that you are with your mom, my mom and Susie so make sure and give them big hugs and kisses for me.
Love always,
The Still Family

I send my love and prayers to all of Barcus' family at this tough time. I will always hold on to the memories that Bart created, and smile as I recall his great sense of humor. I am thankful for the years living down stairs from Anita and her children. We had the luck of building friendships that would never fade, and memories to light our darker days. Much Love.
