Kenneth Warren Drake

Kenneth Warren Drake Kenneth Warren Drake, 35, of Fortuna passed away February 6, 2014. He was a loving husband, son, brother, and grandson. He was born to Greg and Eileen Drake June 7, 1978 in Santa Rosa. He grew up with his two siblings, Trevor Drake and Morgan Drake, in Eureka. He was an amazing artist and bright student who accomplished a great deal in his short time. He was a dedicated weight lifter and devoted business owner. With his loving wife, Rebecca Miranda-Drake and his faithful K-9 Carmine, Ken successfully built his trucking company, Nor-Cal Transport from the ground up. He was a caring and thoughtful grandson to his grandmothers, Elaine Drake and Patricia Jordan, as well as his grandfather Ken I. Drake. He is survived by many other family and friends and is preceeded in his passing by his grandfather, William Jordan. Ken had a larger than life personality with an even bigger heart. His trademark crooked smile and infectious laugh will forever be remembered. With his admirable qualities and commanding presence he remains unforgettable. Services will be held Saturday February 15th at the Hydesville Community Church at 3pm. The church is located at 3296 California highway 36, Hydesville, CA 95547.
