Richard Weber Obituary

RICHARD SCOTT WEBER Scott born July 17, 1954 passed away December 26, 2015 while in Mad River Hospital in Arcata. He was an Army veteran. He attended many schools starting with Buck Mountain, Bridgeville, Eureka and finishing in Hoopa. He worked many years as a log truck driver for several trucking outfits. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his retirement. Preceding him in death were his father Richard Weber, grandfather and grandmother Ted and Bertha Bowermaster, uncle Ray Bowermaster, stepfather Paul Benson, brother-in-law Frank Burkhart and nephew Jody Aragon. He leaves behind his wife Gloria and her sons Chris, Tim and Kelly Singleton, mother Betty "Jean" Benson, sisters Suzie Pawlus (Emil), Diane Utterback, Roxy Rapalyea (Steve), and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. My favorite Scott memory...driving truck out in the woods, here comes Scott, pedal to the metal in a dump truck with a mountain of gravel heaped on the back spilling over the sides and grinning from ear to ear with The Rocketman in hot pursuit behind him unable to catch him...we had some good times....
