Pauline Buttura Obituary
Pauline was born in Montpelier and was a longtime Barre resident. She was also a winter resident of Bradenton, Fla., for 20 years and a summer resident of Joe's Pond for 60 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Hebert and her husband, Joseph, of West Danville and her son, Fella Buttura and his wife, Nancy, of Barre. Pauline is also survived by her grandchildren, Lisa McGinley, Holly Buttura, Christopher Hebert, Timothy Hebert, Jenna Pereira and Heather Taylor; great-grandchildren, Shannon, J.P. and Caitlin McGinley; Devin and Rachel Hebert; Emma Pereia and Riley Taylor, along with several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leo, in 1993, and her son Michael Brent, in 2007.
A memorial service will be held at the Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy St., Barre Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at 11 a.m. There are no calling hours.
Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Playground Fund, Joe's Pond Association, P.O. Box 111, West Danville, VT 05873.

To Pauline's Family;
We so enjoyed living next to your mother at West Winds,Bradenton, FL for 20 years. She was a spirited lady who always greeted folks at her door with a warm smile. We had many great visits with her over the years and feel that we know all of you as she would talk about her family with so much affection and love. We missed her greatly last year and will continue to miss her as we look over at her place.
