Ronald Huard Obituary
He was born Feb. 7, 1940, in Randolph, the son of Romeo and Dorothy (Atkins) Huard.
He attended Williamstown High School.
Mr. Huard married Jean Margaret Farnham on June 17, 1962, in Barre. She died Dec. 24, 2009. He married Nancy Clough Feb. 7, 2011, in Barre.
For many years, he was employed in residential housing property management in Vermont, as well as in other states. Later, he became a machine operator at Progressive Plastics in Williamstown.
He enjoyed fishing and tinkering around the house.
Survivors include his children, Jill Douglas, of Springfield, Massachusetts, Jackie Sloan, of Illinois, Jean Smith, of Northfield Falls, Jennifer Parry, Ronald Huard III, both of Graniteville, and Mitchell Huard of Barre; 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. Huard was also predeceased by a son, Ronald Huard Jr.
The memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 4, at Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy St., Barre.
Inurnment will be in Wilson Cemetery Columbarium at the convenience of the family.

My prayers go out to Jean and family. I know how it feels when your dad passes, I lost my dad 7-7-2013 & I still look for him ever say when I am out.
Your dad is gone but he is not alone he is with your mom, the love of his life... he is with her again. You will all see them again when it is our time.
But they are still with you all in your hearts. He is looking g down on you and wat hung you everyday.
I wish I could tell you guys that the pain of your loss goes away.... but it doesn't it just gets easier as time goes on.
You all are in my thoughts and prayers. If you need anything at all let me know.
