Jason LaGasse Obituary

Jason Lee LaGasse passed away December 26, 2013. He was 43 years old. Jason was born on December 20, 1970 in Glendora, CA to Carla Jean LaGasse. He graduated from Deer Valley High School in Glendale, AZ and attended Arizona State University in Mesa, AZ. In 2000 he moved from Broomfield, CO to Longmont, CO. Jason married Holly A. Brown in July of 2007. He worked for Premier Foundations and Golden Triangle construction until 2010 when he transitioned into the Oil and Gas industry working on the rigs for Fort Drilling and Xtreme Drilling. Jason was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed working out, camping, football and being a husband and father dedicated to his family; he was his girls' superhero. Jason was preceded in death by his mother Carla J. Hickman in February of 2010. He is survived by his wife Holly LaGasse of Longmont; his daughters Makayla LaGasse (9 yrs old) and Jordan LaGasse (4 yrs old) both of Longmont; his father Mark E. Hickman, Sr. of Beverly Hills, FL; his brothers Mark E. Hickman, Jr. and wife Stephenie of Littleton, CO and Shane Hickman of Lakewood, CO; and his nieces and nephews Madison, Austin, Margaret, Ocean, and Taylor. Visitation will be from 5-7PM Friday January 3, 2014 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday January 4, 2014 at LifeBridge Christian Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the LaGasse memorial through Wells Fargo Bank. Interment will take place at Ryssby Cemetery. Visit www.ahlbergfuneralchapel.com to share condolences.

I haven't got to see u in a few years but man this is so hard to beleive. I never even had the chance to meet your wife or children. My prayers are with all your family and friends. I didn't even get the bad news until tonite so I didn't even have the chance to go to your funeral because it was this morning. You will be missed greatly. I have so many different good and crazy memories. Love u bro. See u when I get there.

Our loss.....but Heaven's gain.
My deepest sympathies to you and your family, as we all grieve and try to accept. I know that words are only somewhat comforting in times such as these, and I also know that so many people loved and cared for Jason including myself. Jason is now in paradise, but will live on in all of our memories here, until we meet again.
