I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Ralph. He was such a gentle soul with a beautiful smile. Loved seeing him and Uncle Joe together. Bet they're cooking/baking together again with Uncle Norman blessing the meal.

My condolences to you Randy, Pat, and Linda. I have great memories of visiting your fun-filled home and your dads sense of humor! I still look at the Heidelberg plaza and remember going there to see the stock car race once with Randy and Uncle Ralph, my father and Fred. The memory that I will always remember was being in an elevator in downtown Pgh and hearing someone raving about the deserts at Sgro's restaurant. I couldn't resist telling them that my Uncle Ralph made them!
We are all so blessed to have had Uncle Ralph in our life.
Love,
Mark Hamm

Hello Randy, Linda and Pat-I was so sorry to hear from my Mom Joanne that your dad had passed. As I reflected on this many memories of Randy and I running around your house and our came flooding back. I remember being at your house when your dad came home from the bakery for some reason and how kind both of your parents were when I was around your house. They both will always be a part of good childhood memories.

I remember Ralph as a vivacious, fun-loving great uncle (brother to my grandfather Joe). I am saddened to see him move on, and comforted by the fact that he had loving children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He leaves a great legacy. Best wishes to family.

In Memory of Dad...
I want to thank you for all of the wonderful memories that you have given me...the Puerto Rico trips, stock car races-it's your fault I've still got the four wheel addiction, working alongside of you on 'the bench' at the bakery, the busted knuckles-we thought we were hot rodders-in the garage, turning us on to Lido Key, the concerts: Gregg A.-Dickey B. & the Boys and Carlos S., but mostly for the help & love that you have shown to our family. I believe that I've just lost my best friend.
Until we meet again,
Love, Randy

I Was a neighbor of Ralph and Ann Hamm for 45 years until I moved. We enjoyed sitting on their patio many an evening and talking about old times.
I saw Ralph about 3 weeks ago and we talked about how things were now.
Ralph and Ann were good neighbors and our boys played with Randy.
Please accept my sincere sympathy for me and my family.

I got to know Ralph first many years ago through working with Ann at the St Clair School District.
Then, after I moved to South Fayette, as a good
neighbor. I'll cherish the memories of visiting with
Ralph and Ann. And going to a Steeler game with him a few years ago.
Eventually, the sadness because he is 'gone'
will be replaced with smiles because we had the
unique opportunity to know him.
