Scott Fryberger

1967 - 2016

Scott Allen Fryberger, 48, of Longmont, died June 1, 2016. Scott was born in Amherst, Ohio on July 4, 1967 to Joe and Sandy Fryberger. Scott moved with his family to Longmont in 1972 where he graduated from Skyline HS in 1985. After attending Colorado Mountain College, he moved to California where he was introduced to Moto GP and Formula 1 racing. That interest led him for the next 20 years to traveling around the world, following the racing circuits. His travels took him to interesting and exotic places where he met lifelong friends. These adventures gave him many stories to share. His family was blessed with his return home the last four years. While home, he pursued his passion for cars which led to his restoring unique and classic vehicles. Scott leaves behind his parents, Joe and Sandy, brother and best friend, Joe (wife Kelly), the two who truly had his heart, his Nephew Connor and Niece Mikaela. Many family members in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado, and traveling vän, Tomas. Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 1:30 p.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 p.m. at St John the Baptist Catholic Church.
