I find it somewhat difficult to write in this guestbook as I met Rachel during a strained circumstance. However, I found it most important to come forward and let Mark and Diane know that still to this day they are in my thoughts and prayers. I pray that they find strength and peace in God, and in each other. I also pray for the extended family and all the friends left behind. I hope all those effected by this tragedy will be comforted in the Lord.
Though I never really knew Rachel, or any of the Schultz family, my heart goes out to them.

Hi there.
This message is for the person who posted on october 19 from Richmond.
You're post has worried a lot of people in the richmond community as well as myself.
As a young person i hope you can take what I say to heart.
I am extremely glad your trying to get help. Do not hesitate to get more help, try medications, even hollistic therapy. Use a support group such as your friends and family; they love you for who you are.
I know it may seem as if you've dug yourself into a dark hole that theres no way out of, but thats not true. There's always great things to look forward to. I want you think about a wedding, maybe holding your first child.
Throughout my experiences i have learned that I need to appreciate each and every day, and make myself happy.
I want you to keep your head up, try your best, because it can only get better from the bottom.
stay positive. for your friends, your family, you future, but most importantly for yourself. Be smart. I hope you achieve great things.
Thank you so much for remembering Alex and how wonderful he was. We all miss him terribly.

I've been thinking about you like crazy. You know what I'm going through... I've been so depressed... in and out of the hospital... in therapy.
