Alyne Newman Fleshood

FLESHOOD, Alyne Newman, age 83, of Lawrenceville, Va. passed away December 5, 2008. She was the widow of Edward Lee Fleshood and Marvin Allen Newman and preceded in death by a daughter, Joan Newman Bowen. She is survived by her son, Steve Allen Newman; two stepsons, Paul Fleshood and wife, Pixie and David Fleshood and wife, Maria; her grandchildren, Eric Fleshood and wife, Colleen and their children, Shelby, Sydney, Dalton and Avery; Edie Fleshood Mann and husband, Patrick and their children Chloe and Tyson, Shannon Myers and her daughter, Halee; and Hunter Fleshood and wife, Erin and their children, Emmy and Libby. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday at Lawrenceville Baptist Church with interment in Crestview Memorial Park, La Crosse, Va. The family will receive friends at the home. Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville is in charge of arrangements.
