Amy Lucia Obituary

LUCIA, Amy Suzanne, 54, of N. Chesterfield, Va., formerly of Gaithersburg, Md., died May 10, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Charles Lucia. She is survived by her mother, Suzanne Perfater Lucia of Richmond, Va.; her sister, Anne Marie Lucia of Richmond, Va.; brother, Andrew D. Lucia of N. Chesterfield, Va., and brother and sister-in-law, Allen M. and Beverly N. Lucia of Lewisville, N.C.; three nieces, two nephews, one great-niece, three great-nephews, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, an amazing list of new and lifelong friends; and her beloved Malibu. Taken way too soon, Amy was a true and loyal friend who was loved by many. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Bliley's -Central, 3801 Augusta Ave., where a memorial ceremony will start at 12 p.m. A livestream of the service can be found at blileys.com. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to be made in Amy's honor to your local SPCA, or to the Bon Secours Hospice House (bsvaf.org/Hospice-House-Gift).
