Ann Gouldin Rigali, 94, of Chesterfield Va., passed away on March 3, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Gouldin and Helen Meade; husband, Leo Rigali; daughter, Lisa Rigali; sisters, Frances Limeberry and Helen Johnson.
She is survived by her children, James E. "Toney" Rigali (Dottie), Diane Parmenter (Dennis), Debbie Clodfelter (Jeff), Michelle Josephsen (Leif); 24 grand, great- and great-great-grandchildren; and many friends and family. She also leaves behind her beloved Dachshund, Simon.
She loved her family and friends dearly and her time spent at New Point. She had a love for gardening, fishing and crabbing. She had a funny sense of humor and loved to crack jokes. She enjoyed spending time with her friends at Watercrest Senior Living, where she resided for the past few years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., followed by a service on Thursday, March 12 at 12:30 at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. Interment to follow at Dale Memorial Park.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at Watercrest.
