Anthony "Heath" Morris

MORRIS, Anthony "Heath", 34, of Charlottesville, Va., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, in his home.

Heath was born to Ronald Morris and Cindy Morris-Scruggs on January 1, 1988. Throughout his life, he was a caring son, brother, stepbrother, nephew, cousin, grandson and friend. We will always remember Heath for his outgoing personality, his infectious laugh and great sense of humor, his love of family and for the joy he found in cars, fishing, video games, NASCAR, great music and watching the Dallas Cowboys and Virginia Cavaliers. He will be incredibly missed.

Heath leaves behind his mother, Cindy Morris-Scruggs; and the rest of the Scruggs Family: stepfather, Cris; stepbrothers, Christopher (Jessica), Conner (Angie); and three nieces and nephews, Amelia, Alice and Kurt. He also leaves behind his father, Ronald Heath Morris; stepmother, Jennifer; and the rest of the Morris Family; sister, Kristen; brother, Coulter; and many other beloved family members and friends. Heath was predeceased by his grandparents, Joseph and Joyce Rosenbaum, Daniel and Wanda Morris and Roberta Scruggs; as well as his stepbrother, Colin Scruggs.

A memorial service will be held in the Chapel at Teague Funeral Home, 2260 Ivy Road, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903, on Thursday, May 26 at 11 a.m.
