Arthur Smalls, Sr., 84, of Henrico, died September 10, 2025. Surviving are his wife, Rev. Sandra E. Smalls; four daughters, Leatrice Smalls, Tanya Goode (Melvin), Latonya Smalls and DeWanda Baugh; son, Arthur Smalls, Jr. (Melody); 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Sheila Bailey (Eugene); brother, Frank Small, Jr. (Dalphine); nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, September 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. followed by the family receiving friends in Scott's Chapel from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m., Friday, September 19, at Rising Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 2705 Hartman Street. Interment, Washington Memorial Park.
