Barbara Ann Cabrinha, 79, of Prince George passed away on Monday, June 30, 2025. Born February 5, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Lake Elroy and Elaine Timmons Harris, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Roy Cabrinha; and brothers, Paul and Len Harris.

A woman of deep faith, Barbara was a longtime and active parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where she served as a lector and offered her time and talents to outreach ministries. Her hands were rarely still-she loved to crochet, creating handmade bookmarks and lap shawls to be shared with those in need through the church.

Barbara found peace in the quiet beauty of nature. She cherished her time in the garden, especially when surrounded by her flowers, and she had a special affection for birds-always making sure they were fed and cared for. Hummingbirds brought her particular joy.

Above all, Barbara treasured her time with family. Whether in quiet conversation or lively gatherings, she found her greatest happiness in their company.

She is survived by her children, Curtis Cabrinha (Nannett), Debra Cabrido (Raymond), Jessie Feiteira (Michael), Leslie Olguin (Amaury); grandchildren, Brandon, Graydon, Tracen, Michelle, Nickolas; great-grandchildren, Kauhikoa, Kaden, Meleana, Mahina; sister, Linda Stephenson (Timothy); sisters-in-law, Karen Harris, Colleen Harris; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 9300 Community Ln, Petersburg, VA 23805. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
