Barbara Anne (Simon) Joseph

Barbara Anne (Simon) Joseph, born February 8, 1933, in Richmond, VA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 17, 2025. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, Barbara leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion and joy.

Known for her warmth and hospitality, Barbara's home was always open to all.

The family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m., Monday, February 24th, at Bliley's Funeral Home, 3801 Augusta Ave., Richmond, VA, with a rosary to follow.

The funeral divine liturgy will take place at St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church, 4611 Sadler Rd, Glen Allen, VA, on Tuesday, February 25th, at 11 a.m., followed by a traditional Lebanese meal and interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church Scholarship Fund. May her memory be eternal. Condolences can be left at www.blileys.com.
