I worked with Betty towards the end of her career at Virginia Power (Dominion Energy) in the training arena. She was an incredible mentor to me; always positive and supportive. She taught me so much about Grace and Giving. And so smart. I miss her, all these years later. RIP my sweet friend

I was so saddened to hear of Betty´s passing. I played softball with Betty 2012-2019, and she was an absolute delight to share time with on the diamond. Always a bright smile and never an unkind word, I loved how she fired that ball back to the pitcher when she played catcher. Betty will be missed greatly by those in the Hanover Senior Softball League who crossed her path. RIP Sweet Betty!

John, Tim, and family, I am saddened to hear of Betty's death. I had not seen her in 50 plus years, but remember well the bond we shared at MCV when her Timmy and my Marti were born hours apart. The five days we spent as roommates there with our firstborns were lovely and memorable. My heart goes out to you all. Betty was a dear, dear woman. Bonnie Kain Morse
